"The 10 months that I had my house listed with Dick and Melinda were a huge waste of time and money. They gave me ridiculous pricing advice that resulted in only 3 showings in 10 months, none of which were by them. No open houses, no check ups to adjust our strategy and half the time they wouldn't even take my call, returning with a text a day or two later to explain that they were on vacation or out of town. In my experience, they were completely and disappointingly ineffective. Stay away!"

"Melinda represented us selling our home in Desert Aire, Wa on the Columbia River. This sale happened after the housing boom in the mid 2000's. Houses were not moving at that time and prices were starting to be depressed. Melinda worked very hard to sell our home. She worked tirelessly to find us a buyer.
